在精英人才培养方面，联盟同样不遗余力。自去年起，中国青少年棒球训练营面向全国选拔优秀苗子，通过专业化训练体系促进青少年球员成长；配套推出的"青少年棒球实力榜"运用专业设备记录U8至U18九个年龄段球员的表现数据，建立科学的青少年棒球评估体系。今年计划举办10至15场线下选拔赛，覆盖700余名核心球员，为中国棒球精英人才的培养搭建更完善的平台。
